VooFest-RTP/2008

The organization of the Festival informs that it will take place between 28 and 31 August in São Miguel Island

Support of:

Pilot entry: 30 euros

Escort entry: 20 euros

Because an issue of logistics the inscriptions ended on the 10th August

The Organization promotes:

- daily transports to the different flying sites and return

- closing dinner at Açores Atlântico Hotel on the 30th (dinning room with a privileged view over Ponta Delgada bay)

- t-shirt

On the night of the 29th there will be a conference by our guests. Than as usual (meaning every night) the famous brasilian beverage – caipirinha - at Campo de São Francisco.

On the night of 31 we organize a party.

With the help of the ID Festival/Card the interested can:

- from 25 August to 01 September enjoy 20% discount on the adventure activities from "PICOS DE AVENTURA"

- if you want to rent a car, you’ll have a special price at Autatlantis.

ATTENTION: Please note that August is the azorean turistic high season, so better organize your trip with proper beforehand.

Lodging – In terms of accommodation the Organization has the “Centro de Apoio ao Desportista” (Sports Center) from 25 August to 01 September with:

4 double rooms with shower+toilet - 25 €/night (reserved to couples)

9 fourfold rooms with common shower+toilet - 10 € person/night

Still as accommodation you have “Pousada de Juventude de Ponta Delgada” (Youth Inn)

Multiple room (4 to 6 persons) common toilet - 16€ person/night

Double room with WC - 41€/night

Double room – common toilet - 36€/night
